Terms of use

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These terms apply to GoYogAI (the app for students), GoYogAI Coach (the app for yoga coaches and yoga instructors) and goyoga.ai, run by LSTGMove, a company registered in Mauritius ("we"). By creating an account you accept them. Questions: support@goyoga.ai.

1. The service

GoYogAI helps you practise yoga. Your phone's camera tracks your body and compares your poses with those recorded by a yoga coach of your gender and build. You can also create routines, follow your progress, and book live video lessons with independent yoga instructors.

2. Your account

3. Free week and plans

4. Lessons with yoga instructors

5. Practise safely

Yoga is a physical activity. Warm up, practise on a non-slip mat with a clear space around you, never force a pose, and stop if you feel pain or dizziness. Take extra care with balances and inversions, and do not practise them without supervision if you are a beginner. The scores and tips in the app are training aids, not medical or professional advice: if you have a health condition or an injury, ask a doctor before practising.

6. Recordings and content

7. Respect for others

Do not post offensive, false or unlawful content (for example in reviews or profiles), harass anyone, or misuse or try to break the service. You can report a review or a profile and block a user in the app. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep GoYogAI available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that body tracking will be exact. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for lessons, payments or disputes between students and instructors. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will tell you in the apps before important changes apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live.
